Our Mission
Our mission is rooted in promoting equitable access to education, community resources, and support services through a holistic, culturally responsive approach. We are dedicated to supporting youth and families, particularly newcomers, racialized, and underserved communities—who face systemic barriers services.
Our work is guided by a deep commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity. We aim to empower youth and families to reclaim their voice, build resilience, and navigate life with confidence and dignity.
We strive to create spaces where people feel heard, understood, and supported, free from stigma or judgment. By fostering emotional well-being and strengthening community connections, we work toward building a healthier, more equitable society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive mentally, emotionally, and socially.

USACAM Foundation is shaping this future by inspiring learning, nurturing mental and emotional wellness, encouraging financial confidence, guiding youth toward leadership, and giving children the space to explore their creativity.

Board of Directors

Forji Clovis
Clovis is a director in the organization. computer Engineer who specializes in cloud DevOps Engineer, Linux systems engineer, cloud architects and systems administration. He is experienced in pivotree and long view systems. He is passionate about supporting youths and young adults in our community.

Harriet Tinka
Harriet is a board member. She is a transformational speaker. Harriet empowers individuals to be more courageous, connected, engaged, and resilient. This breakthroughs past experiences of obstacles and successes. Harriet is called upon often to provide commentary on hot topics in the media. She describes her life as coming from tragic to magic.

Jumai Usamatu
Jumai is a registered social worker who is passionate about supporting marginalized communities. She believes in the power of community by working with individuals and families to overcome adversity and build stronger, healthier lives. “I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals”

Sunday Komolafe
Sunday is a board member of the organization. He brings to the team a world of experience supporting vulnerable population. He brings to the board his passion to support youth in core areas that enhance their self-development and efficacy.

Salisu Mohammed
Salisu is a dedicated Youth Board Member committed to bringing the voices, ideas, and perspectives of young people to the forefront of community development. Passionate about advocacy, leadership, and social impact, Salisu represents the next generation of changemakers striving to build a more inclusive and equitable future.

Mary Joso Mbue
Mary is the president of the foundation. She is an elementary school principal with 30 years experience. She has a positive and calm demeanor. Her passion for working with children caused her to work in various program structures, She holds a bachelor degree in Early Childhood education. Her passion for teaching brings a world of experience assisting children explore the world around them. “I love seeing children learn new things and the excitement that it brings!”
